Need tilt latches for MI WINDOW MODEL BB740

Not sure of measures . From edge by sash moving to center of window I come up with 2&5/16 across top of latch. Across bottom of latch because of slant I come up with 2&7/16. Also is tilt latch part of side sash attached to window or should i be able to get off by itself?

For your window, I recommend our 26-351 top tilt latches. To remove the tilt latch, you will have to remove the screw on top and on the "leg" that goes on the side of the sash. You will have to tilt the sash in to access it.
