Need tilt window pivot with set screw

I need a part for a window job I'm doing here in Charlotte. The window is a tilt and it looks like it has a set screw on it.

I believe your shoe is a match for the 15-015. However, you should compare your dimensions to ours to confirm that they're the same. You can reuse the set screw I see in your photo if you feel you still need it.
