Need tilt window replacement parts

Need to replace spiral windowl tilt balancer L=28" dia :28" black
, pivot lock shoe L2" W 15/16 T 9/16 ( which should fit the better bilt die cast pivot bar 85-698 )

Please advice me.

Thanks for posting! For your Better Bilt window, I recommend our 15-211 pivot shoe, which in turn works with the 26-275 pivot bar. Look these parts over to see how well they match up. As for the spiral balance, can you confirm the diameter of the metal tube?

I need Spiral Tilt window balancer 28" black plastic end, pivot shoe 17/32, Ht. 2"pivot bar opening .375" x .18 (blue part).

Kindly advise me what part no. should I order.

It seems like you may be looking for the same parts shown in your post from 2016 above. If so, take a look at the 15-211 pivot shoe and see how the specifications compare to yours. We may be able to supply your pivot bars as well but we would need to see an intact version removed from the housing to compare to our inventory. As for the spiral balances, you may need the S900 or S600. The determining factor would be if the diameter of the housing tube measures 3/8" or 5/8" in diameter.
