To start, may I please see a photo of the top plastic attachment from the balance? It appears to be winged but just a little difficult to tell from your photos.

I'll also need to see a clearer photo of the center of the balance where the pulley system and the spring meet. This is an important detail for determining the replacements needed for your repairs.
