Need to ID this Truth Hardware casement window (awning?) mechanism.

Quick Learner from Tallahassee
The mechanism doesn't permit the window to fully close and allow window to be locked. The crank closes the window partially but we need to step outside and gently push the window to enable casement locks.

Please identify the correct replacement Truth Hardware and indicate if OEM part includes directions to (un)install.

Thank you

Looks like you need a new awning window operator. See our 39-239B for my recommendation. We also sell the 39-536 slider if you need it.

Thanks for your prompt attention to answering (part) of my question. Before ordering I need to be assured the related instructions for the hardware are also included. If not included, please indicate how I can obtain same.

I look forward to your reply.

These parts do not come with instructions, unfortunately. We also don't have any written up. Installing these operators is very straight forward, though. You just screw the base to the sill and clip the arms to the shoes that are in the track. If you're replacing the shoes, too, then those just slide into the track from the ends. There's not much to it besides that.

Thank you, Tom.
