Need to ID this part before ordering.

Question

Looks like I need S795, but please verify this. I want to make sure I get the right ones.

Window sash weighs 17 Lbs.
Metal piece is 27 inches long

So should I get the 27B, which has a maximum weight of 17Lbs or the 27C?

I agree that this looks like our Series 795, but it's odd you have a stamp of 26-5. This is meant for sashes that weigh 25 through 28 pounds, but you say your sash weighs only 17 pounds. Did you ever find your window never really worked right before?

Either way, I recommend our 27C for sashes weighing 17 through 22 pounds.
