Need to Id top sash guides to order

Question

I sent pictures of the exact Id sticker of my broken window. It opens and closes correctly but will not stay open. I believe it's a kinco window. I need both left and right sides. I think that the sides are interchangeable. I need a total of 24. Thank you for your time and help. First picture is the actual plastic top of piece broken off.

Hello! Yes, top sash guides are the same whether they're on the left or right. If this is a Kinco window, start with our 18-166. This may be what you're looking for. Look over our dimensions and pictures just to be 100% sure.
