Need to Identify Plastic Corners for PGT Window

Question

I was replacing window channel balances this weekend and found one of my windows had broken plastic corners. These corners are what the channel balance clip into at the top of the window. The windows are P.G.T. they are from around 2004 and are 1 inch thick. Do you sell the plastic corners for these windows?

My last order with you was 960106 - same info.

This part is called a top sash guide. You can see our entire selection here. It's tough to tell exactly what you have from this photo, but PGT windows have been known to use our 18-015. I highly recommend comparing your dimensions to ours to confirm. Look it over and see what you think.
