Need to Identify Replacement Parts for Windows

MW-1 manufacturer code for windows

I need to replace all the hardware and it's components. Can you recommend the correct parts. I'm not sure of all the proper names... balance and shoes??! These windows have been in for 20 years. They are rusting and plastic parts are breaking.

Thanks for posting. Your exact pivot shoe is no longer made, but consider our 15-219. I believe this will work for you as a replacement.

As for the balance, it will be either our Series 900 (3/8" tube) or Series 600 (5/8") tube, depending on the diameter of the tube.
