The stamp options correspond to the weight you need the channel balances to support. You can simply purchase (3) S350-28 balances at option 2730, and (2) with 2740. 

Based on your numbers, that comes to 5 balances total. Do you have a remaining 2730 that is undamaged? If you want, you might want to consider replacing the undamaged balance as well. Otherwise the new replacement will end up overcompensating for the weaker, older balance, which can damage to both parts over time. You can always save the older but undamaged balance as a spare part in case of an emergency.
