Need to Replace Broken Window Balancers

Question

The balancers have the number 3330 written on the side, and the letters "LM" with now other markings. I measured the metal-to-metal length to be 34". The channel is 5/8" deep and approximately 0.584" wide. There are broken plastic pieces attached the top pf the window inside the channel that stop the balance from sliding upwards.

Thanks for posting. See the S380-34 or S385-34. The only difference between these two channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See the diagram below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 3330. For the Top Sash Guide, see the 18-008.
