Need to Replace Channel Balances for Milgard Window

I am looking to replace the channel balancers for my Milgard Window. The channel balancer (metal part) are about 13.5" long.

Hello, and thanks for contacting SWISCO. We can certainly help you replace this part, however it will have to be a special order. I will need a few pieces of information before we get started. First, can you tell me if there is a stamp printed somewhere on the balance, and if so what the stamp says? Second, how many balances do you need? Finally, could you double-check the length of the metal part of the balance just to be sure? It may be closer to 13-5/8" rather than 13-1/2".

I would need two balancers, one for each side of the window. And you are right, the length is 13 5/8" Looking at it again I saw a 2 numbers 13 3 and another stamp 'BSI' and 'TE'. Not sure if this information is helpful
