Need to Replace Several Window Channel Balances

I need 12 new channel balances to repair six windows, so wanted to ensure I order the correct model. Metal length is 34". Channel width is 1/2". I'm not sure about series, but weight is 3330. Please see attached pictures and thanks in advance for your assistance.

Your balance appears to have a winged top guide and wingless bottom shoe, like the 34" S395-34 Channel Balance. The depth of the shoe is 1-1/8" Our 3330 stamp will support a window sash weighing 18 to 23lbs.
