Need to Replace the broken stud bracket.

Quick Learner
My measurements indicate that Swisco Part Product Code: 39-546 should be the replacement and include an intact stud similar to the one that broke off the Truth stud bracket in the first attached image.  My question is how to attach and secure my existing arm to the stud on a new Swissco bracket.

My other identical working Truth operator mechanisms do not have slide clips where the arm attaches to the stud on their stud brackets. Their arms appear to have been factory pressed onto the bracket stud, but I'm not certain about that. That is shown in the working Truth operator mechanism in the second image.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Based on your description of the issue, it sounds like our 39-546 is just plumb the wrong part for the job. I've never seen a Truth brand operator that rivets its bracket to the operator arm, so that's a pretty big red flag.

I think the best place to start is to show us photos of the hardware in question. Seeing it removed from the window and without obstruction would be ideal. I can give you better analysis then.
