Need to add lock to shed slider

Question

Screw holes are approximately 4 inches apart. There doesn't appear to be any internal hardware. Just handles on the outside.

Any help you can provide Is much appreciated.

Sure, I'd be happy to help! Looks like your handle set is in good condition, so you probably just need a new mortise lock. See our 82-218. I don't know for a fact, but I have a pretty good idea that this is what you want. Look over our dimensions to see if it lines up with the space available in your door.
