Need to confirm which channel balance to order

Question

My existing balance is printed with the following letters
32 5 GV CMC 2
The length of the metal piece is 32 15/16 inches.
The top and bottom guides appear to be 19-005 and 15-005.
It comes from a vinyl window which is nominally 33 wide by 34 tall for the moving part of the window. Double paned glass.
33" Series 380 Channel Balance
Product Code: S380-33 is my guess at the right one but not sure which option to select and want to confirm the S380-33.

I can't really confirm if you have the S390-33, as that depends on your attachments, but if you say you have the 19-005 and 15-005 then it's the correct choice. As for the option, a stamp of 32 5 typically corresponds to our 3250 but you may want to weigh your sash just to make sure that's correct.
