Need to find a sash balance channel replacement

Hi, I measured the metal part which was 24". can you help me find the parts for replacement? Also which options should I be choosing? The numbers on the old one shows 23 4 0715 VBS. Does that mean I should be choosing the option 2340?

Hi Mike,

Thanks for writing in! The channel balance you'll need for your repairs is the S395-24. These come fully assembled with a 19-005 winged top and a 15-001 bottom shoe.

The 2340 stamp option is likely the one you need but it might be a good idea to double check that your sash weight falls between 18 to 23lbs.
