Hi,
This balancer is 28 inches and I think my windows were made my milgard. The windows were installed in my house about 12 years ago.
Need to find correct parts

We can replace this balance, though it'll have to be specially made. Before we begin, can you just tell me the stamp printed on your balance? Can you also tell me how many you need?

Hi, I don't know the total number needed, but this sounds expensive so I would want to make enough to make it worth your time. I suppose having extra would not be abad idea. The stamp says 2620 SPN. It is hard to read.
I also learned that I have to replace some smaller ones. The stamp on that is 1120 PJ.
