Need to find latch actuator

Hello, I am looking for the latch actuator shown in the pictures. The height is about 3 and 7/8" measured from the top screw to the bottom screw and latch depth is 1 and 5/8".

Hello there. Start by looking at our 38-095 and 38-095 Multi-Point Locks. These are a very similar design, and both have a hole spacing close to what you report. Now note that the fork depth is measured from the inner 'lip' of the back edge of the lock body, to the end of the fork. See the diagrams below for reference. Let me know if either of these match what you're looking for.
