Need to find my window balance type

1. The thread on one of the balance broke. Please let me know my balance type.
2. Can I get the thread to replace or better to get a new balance?

Hi there Siraj.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid the "thread" can't be replaced so you'll need a new balance. The Series 380 or Series 385 looks like a match depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. There should also be a stamp printed on the metal channel that will indicate what stamp option you'll need for your replacements.
