Thank you for reaching out to us. I recommend you start by having a look at the 26-261. Have a look at the specifications and see how they match up with yours. 

I'm afraid I can't identify the storm window hardware from these photos alone, however. In order to help, I would need to see photos of these parts removed from the window. Storm window hardware like this is a dying breed so I can't promise we will have something but we can try our best. 

Thanks for the additional photos. We don't sell replacements for the storm latches shown here, unfortunately. Your best bet may be a local mom-and-pop hardware shop that's familiar with storm windows in the area. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
