Need to find replacement part for this window sash balance

I see it says 11600A-3, 11600-17

On the tabs it says J3 597 or 587 and 519.

Need help finding replacement

Thanks for posting. See our 24-531. This is meant to replace old Andersen sash balances with the stamp '519'. Let me know if you have further questions.
