Replacement pivot lock shoes

I didn't see these on your website. Hoping you can identify them. The windows no longer stay open when these pop out of their location in the window jam/spring area.

Hello,

I can't say for sure considering the condition your pivot shoe is in but the shape reminds me of our 15-192, which is used with the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. Take a look and see how it compares to an undamaged shoe. Thanks for posting!

Thanks Casey, Looks like a good match, and I was wondering if mine is actually a broken pivot lock shoe, and the other half is still attached to the spring. I tried multiple times to get it to stay in place in the window track, but no luck. Now I think I know why!
