Need to find replacement window balance

A home owner from Central Florida says:
Hello,

I have milestone single hung series 1000 windows. From what I can tell I need the 380 29" long balance. I'm not sure which option to choose for weight. There's an ink stamp on my balance that reads Unique 28-0-40.

Your help is appreciated.

Best regards,

Tom

Casey from SWISCO responded:
Hello Tom. It sounds like you are on the right path. Based on your stamped number of "28-0-40" it may correspond to the 2840 stamped option. To be 100% certain on which stamped option to choose, you would weigh your window sash on a scale. From there, you would refer to our sash weigh range chart, and correspond that number to the appropriate stamped option. I hope this has answered your question.
