Need to find the correct balancer part to order

Question

I have all the windows with the attached balancers marked 26 9 HR CALDWELL.
The metal to metal height is 27 inches and the bottom width on the plastic is 1 inch per picture.
can you tell me which balancer should I order from you?

This window balance is either the S380-27 or S385-27. To narrow down the correct series, you'll need to double check the depth of the balance shoe. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm it from the photo of the measuring tape.

I'm not able to cross-reference the stamp from your balance, so you'll need to confirm the exact weight of the sash. There is a chart below the product description of the balance that lists the weight range each stamp option can support.
