Need to find the correct window latch

This window has a large gap that is letting in bees. I would like to hold off on replacing the window for now and I can see the latch is very old. Not sure which model is correct as this is an old window. Please let me know if you can help.

Hello! Looking at your photo, it appears that you could have our 18-027 top tilt. Take a look at our photos and dimensions and let me know if you agree.
