Need to find window casement operators per photos

A landlord from San Diego CA says:

The shortest arm operator we carry is the 39-225, or the newer 39-225E, both of which have a 7-1/2" arm. I'm not sure if your window can use the longer arm, however. You would have to see if you have a little more travel space in your window track for the longer arm.
