Need to fix the window where the top portion keeps falling down.

Question

The (horizontal) piece of metal connecing to the pivot shoe seems to be broken (on both sides). The top part of the window doesn't stay and keep falling down to the bottom. What would I need to do/replace in order to fix this problem.

This part is known as a pivot bar. We sell a ton of these, but I can't identify what you have based on these photos.

I need you to remove an undamaged pivot bar from the window and show me a clear photo of it by itself and without obstruction. That will allow us to check our inventory for a match.
