Need to get balancer replacements as sash cord broke

I have Anderson windows that have all about broken as Anderson insisted on putting tiny string on a window that weighs 22lbs each.They are double hung from approx 1986..Windows are approx 60" high and 48" wide
None of the new replacement balancer part #s correspond with what I have.Please help.Thank you....Steve

Hello! Based on your old stamp of 12#27, I recommend the 24-1231 Andersen sash balance. I'm very confident that this will repair your window.
