I received two balances
They are too short.
The balances I received are the closest to the tape measure. My balances I need replacements for are the furthest from the tape. Notice I ordered the balances with the 1350 option. I weighted the window at 15 pounds.

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. Note that these balances stamped with 13 5 should have a 13-5/8" long metal channel, not including the end fittings.
I'd also like to see another close-up photo of the clip at the end of the pulley cord of your original balance. Thank you!
Thanks for getting back to us. It's tough to be sure but it looks like your balances may actually be stamped with 14 5, which would have 14-5/8" long metal channels. Please confirm if that is the case and we can go from there.
