Bob from SWISCO responded:

Is the T-Lock Shoe 1-1/4" wide? And is the metal channel it attaches to 1/2" wide? If so, I believe our 15-195 might do the trick. Please compare and let me know what you think.

A quick learner from Clover, SC says:
The only thing that doesn't seem right is mine clips together to the rod where as the one you recommend hooks on.. would that be a big difference?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

I actually think your shoe is closer to our 15-230. However Bob is right when he pointed out the width of the metal channel, that's a very important detail. While the one he recommended is only for 1/2" wide channels, the 15-230 is only for 3/8" wide channels. That should be the first thing you check before you look into any other detail. It will be the ultimate deciding factor for everything else.
