I'm looking to identify ALL parts related to this brand of awning windows. I'm rehabbing the whole house and all windows are in the state of disrepair. I never seen an awning window with a rod at the bottom of the window. Could this be Andersen Flex Pac Windows circa 1971?

It looks like you have an old Tucker window. I'm not sure if any of the parts you show are still available. The operator might be something we can get, but I would need to see some photos of it removed from the window. Specifically, I need one clear photo of the installation hole pattern and one clear picture of the link arm. Knowing its dimensions would also be a big help.
Ultimately, though, it may be time for new windows. They haven't made these in a long time and if you needed more than just the operator then you likely won't find everything you need.
