Need to identify correct handle crank and mechanism to replace existing

A quick learner from Florida says:

Please see pics attached. I need help identifying the correct replacement please. 

The distance from the top screw to the bottom is 5", and the distance between the 2 bottom screws is 1".

Also, the piece that connects to the window awning is 2.75".Thank you!
