Thanks for reaching out to us. The pivot shoe in your photos appears to match the 15-180 which uses the Series 190 coil springs (sold separately). We also sell the 15-182 balance bushing and 15-186 coil balance clip.
You'll also want to check the spring for a stamped number that would indicate the weight. If there aren't any, you would have to weigh the sash on a scale and divide the weight by the total number of springs in the window.
I would like to order coil spring as shown in above photographs. I don't have any thing to weight this tiny spring. Please send me the estimated cost of 1 number of coil spring. Thank you. Divyesh
