Need to identify parts

Your handle resembles the Pella  39-109B, which attaches to a 3/8" diameter operator spline. Since the spline and part of the base appear to have broken off as well, the entire operator would need to be replaced. To determine if we carry a replacement, we would need to see a top-down photo of the entire operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Please note that, unfortunately, the cover shown in your photo was discontinued in the last year and is no longer available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
