Need to identify replacement parts I need for window coil

My window hasn't been staying up right so I opened it and found out that I may need a new coil.

I agree, looks like those springs are shot. First, look at the shoe. That appears similar to our 15-175. Can you confirm? If so, I recommend our Series 152 coil springs to replace your old ones.

Seems like the right shoe. What weight should I get for the balance. Mine has the letter "C" on it.

That doesn't match up to any of our stamps. What is the weight of the window sash?

The window weighs around 10 pounds.

Great, thanks. I recommend our S152-5 spring. Each individual spring can carry 5 pounds.
