Need to identify and order parts ASAP

Question

Hi,

I just received 30 window balancers from you and installed them. They all work great.

However, while installing them, I found some broken parts/laches that I would like to order from you, but I don't know what they are called and the exact part I should order. They are all the same. It's the top vinyl piece that is attached to the window and stops/hooks to the balancers.

It is 5/8 wide and about 1 3/8 long.

I attached some pictures, so hopefully, you can tell me what to order.
