Need to identify and replace lower window sash pivot shoes

A home owner from Metairie, LA says:

This window is an Alliance window installed circa 2004. Original contractor has shut his doors so I do not have specific information. There are no tags on the window to identify series, model or serial numbers. You have a few pivot brackets that appear similar, but the dimensions are off. If you cannot match this pivot bar, what options do I have to replace the pivot bar with a new matching shoe?

The windows are double hung with the tilt in feature if that helps.

Thanks,

Chris

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

We believe you can use our 26-449 pivot bar for your sash and it should fit into your pivot shoe. Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you!

A home owner from FL says:
My son has the same windows and has ordered these before. They fit and he can install them for me.
