Need to identify and replace the window coil balance.

Hi, The coil balancers broke on the left and right. I don't know what part to replace it with because there is not part#. I would like to replace the entire assembly if I can. I've attached a few pictures of the original. The coil balance doesn't say what pound it is. Any help would be great. Thank you.

Hello! Looks like you have a 15-087 pivot housing and Series 180 coil spring. Look these two products over and let me know if you had any questions about them.

Thanks for the help! One more thing, how do I know which poundage to choose? On the original there is a 7-37W printed on the coil, I am assuming the poundage is 7lbs? Thanks.

That's actually kind of a weird stamp. I'm not 100% sure what that means, but I think it does indicate a 7 pound spring and 37" of travel. All of our springs have 40" of travel so that should be fine.

One way to confirm that 7 pounds is correct is to weigh your sash on a scale and divide that number between how many springs are used to support it. It looks like you only have one spring on each side, so when you weigh your sash it should, theoretically, be 14 pounds.
