Need to know Channel Balance to Order

A home owner from Ocala, FL says:
Balance is 30 inches long and 9/16 wide it is stamped 2940 at the end. I have attached some pictures of the ends. I need to know which one I need to order.

Also I have a picture of a plastic piece that attaches to the window. I need to know which part I need to order

Thanks for posting. I am confident we can help replace these channel balances, but I'd like a clearer picture of the bottom nylon fitting to confirm exactly what you're working with. For the Top Sash Guide, see our 18-161

A home owner from Ocala, FL says:
I have added a couple of more pictures as requested

Thanks for getting back to me. I think this shoe is either our 15-005 or 15-029. The difference between these two shoes is the depth, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. The 15-005 shoe is 1" deep, whereas the 15-029 is 7/8" deep. Let me know what you have, as that will determine what balance I will then recommend. Many thanks for bearing with us.

A home owner from Ocala, FL says:

The shoe is 7/8" deep

Bob from SWISCO responded:

In that case, you'll need 30" balances, stamped 2940, with the 19-005 Top Fitting and 15-029 7/8" deep Bottom Shoe. None of our stock balances have this configuration, but we'd be happy to provide it for you via custom order. Can you just tell me how many balances you need? From there I'll draft a quote for you ASAP. Many thanks.
