Your pivot shoe is no longer made, but other customers report successfully using our 15-219 as a replacement. Compare your dimensions to ours and see what you think.
The spiral balance would be either our Series 900, with a 3/8" diameter tube, or our Series 600, with a 5/8" diameter tube.
