Need to know what brand of window this is to buy a replacement balancer

Hi! I need a replacement balancer for my window but don't know the brand. Does anyone recognize this type of lock? It's a double hung tilting vinyl window with a grid on half of it. There are no markings on the glass or anything to tell me the brand. Thank you!

I'm afraid we don't know the brand of your window or who may have manufactured it. We may still be able to help with the balances though. Can you remove an undamaged one and show us photos of it? Seeing the fittings and attachments that go with it would be a huge help as well.

I think it's a crestline/vetter from 2004. Would you have parts for those types of windows?

I'm afraid we don't have a record of what hardware Crestline uses for their windows. Seeing the physical parts is the only way we can identify them. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
