Need to know what part to order for my window

Hi,
I need to find right replacement part that I need to order.

Attached are the pictures for the part that was in use. The string is broken and need to replace both sides on a up down window where only bottom part opens.

Hey Govind. I'm confident we can help, but I need to see the nylon fitting or attachment on the other end of the balance. Seeing both fittings is crucial for balance identification. I should be able to narrow this down for you from there. Many thanks.

This photos still appears to be of the bottom plastic fitting. I still need to see the top plastic fitting, which is a detail of equal importance. Would that be possible? It's the plastic piece on the opposite end of the balance as what you're showing now.

In the meantime, it would be a good idea to check the depth of the bottom fitting while you have it in mind. You will likely need that before you can place an order, as there are several different sizes.

Perfect, thank you! In that case my top recommendation is the S380-27. This is a 27" long metal channel with a 19-005 top fitting and a 1" deep 15-005 bottom fitting. Based on your photos and measurement I think this is your best option, but look it over and let me know if you had any questions. I'm happy to explain anything you wanted to know.
