We have a broken balance string on one of our Anderson windows.
We think it says BG56 6/73 436. (See two attached photos).
Please tell us what part we need to order.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Cynthia. I believe I might see the numbers 6 23 stamped on your balance. I just can't be sure since they're pretty worn and faded. With that said, take a look at the 24-637. This is designed to replace balances that include the 6 23 stamp.
