Need to know what to order for replacment

Need to replace 2 Channel balance 30" attached pic's

Kinco window

also need the Small square plastic that goes from window to frame to slide on.

so just need links to what to order and i will make it happen :-)

Looks like S385-30 channel balance. comes with the 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom

now just need the little squares that window slides on
