Need to or window parts

Hello!
Was so happy to run across your youtube video. what we have is different from that window you showed. Do you have this style part and can you show us how to install? The part that the window locks into will not slide with out window in.

Hi Mark,

This appears to be a CertainTeed window. The shoe you'll need for the replacement is the 15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe. While I am quite confident this is a match, be sure to look over the dimensions and compare them.

This shoe is compatible with the Series 170 Coil Balance. For instances where there are two coils, you'll need the Series 171 for the top coil. They are secured to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. You'll need to look for stamps/markings on the metal to determine the coils needed for the assembly.

We do not have an exact replacement match for the pivot bar you have but the 26-175 should work fine as a replacement. Keep in mind, these screw in at the bottom of the sash, so you may need to drill new holes for the installation.
