Could you please help me identify the following part number I need to order left and right side for window 32x25-1/2 not sure what lbs it would be

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. I'm confident that we can supply a replacement coil balance that will work for this window, but the key detail that we have to review is the design of the pivot shoe. This appears to be absent in both of your photos. Is that something that you can show me?
