Forgot to add that the width of my channel balances are 1/2".

Hi, Ted.

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a spring strength option of 2730.

When measuring your balance, make sure to only include the metal channel in your measurement. Your stamp is 2730 which would mean the length of your metal channel should be 28 inches.

Thanks so much Emily!

I just ordered 2 of part number S385. Our windows have new double pane glass in them, so the weight more than the original OEM window. So I ordered the channel balances with the 2740 weight option to handle the extra weight added to the original windows.

The spring strength you chose may not be enough. You might want to weigh your sash and refer to the chart on the S385's product page to be 100% sure. We have a return policy, too, which you can view here.
