Need to order Coil balances for Simonton windows

Question

I'm trying to find and purchase the correct coil balances for my Simonton windows. The home was built in the early 2000's but I just purchased it a couple years ago. Does the attached phote provide enough info to help order the right parts?

The sticker you show here unfortunately doesn't tell me anything about the hardware used in this window. This service requires clear photos of the specific part you want to replace without obstruction. In the case of coil balances, that means removing the assembly from the window prior to taking your photo. Would that be possible?
