I have seen this Mepla hinge before. I'm not sure if an exact replacement is still available, but we carry a variety of corner cabinet hinges that may be worth considering. Start with our 32-344 large opening cabinet hinge, as well as our 32-346 Bi-fold type hinge (which is installed a set of bi-fold cabinet doors). Could you use either of these?
